Our ‘Assessments’ page has been updated with the latest dues assessments.

             99 homes have paid so far in 2011 and 69 homes have not.

Its board nomination time again!  Here are some current board members that would like your vote for the 2012 board.

Here are some pictures of us neighbors coming together to clean our vacant lots! Thanks to everyone who helped in that HEAT! The Town of Clayton stepped up as well and the lots are already looking better…

The town of Clayton agreed to cut the grass on the empty lots. However the community has clean the lots so they’re safe to run a mower over. The town of Clayton and Representative Willis have agreed to provide us with trucks to haul the trash off the lots and dump for free. We just need to clear the lots.

The clean up date is Saturday July 23rd from 8am-12noon.
We’ll meet on the corner of Huntington Drive and Tracer Ave.

We found out Zeccola Builders still owns all the vacant lots in our community. The town of Clayton has sent them a certified letter to have the grass cut or the town will cut them and charge Zeccola.

Reminder: our first Homeowner’s Association Meeting of 2011 is this coming Wednesday, April 13, at Smyrna Middle School (Cafeteria).

We’ve already made some changes to our website and still have a few more to make. Please be patient as we finish posting all the information needed to make the site a very useful tool.
